Biologix® 125mL Erlenmeyer Shake Flask is designed for culturing cell lines with high oxygen requirements, shaking culture of bacteria/yeast, and preparation/mixing/storage of media, culture fluids, and reagents. Widely used in recombinant antibody/protein R&D, process development, biopharmaceuticals, and vaccine research, it is ideal for small-scale process development and stepwise amplification. Crafted from USP Class VI medical-grade polycarbonate via one-step injection blow molding, the flask features a seamless body, uniform wall thickness, high transparency, and accurate graduations. With temperature tolerance of -80℃ to 121℃, it offers impact resistance, chemical compatibility, anti-oxidation, and non-stick walls. The vent/sealed cap (polypropylene) is equipped with a 0.22μm PTFE hydrophobic filter membrane for aseptic gas exchange and bacterial blocking. Produced under cGMP standards with no human contact, the flask is gamma-irradiated sterile (DNase/RNase free, non-pyrogenic, ultra-low endotoxin) and comes in independent sterile packaging to avoid cross-contamination.
