The DMEM/F-12 medium was developed by combining DMEM and Ham's F-12 medium at a 1:1 ratio. This optimized formulation provides enhanced nutritional components and a broader pectrums of trace elements, making it suitable for a wide range of mammalian cell culture applications.
Features
● Prepared with Water for Injection (WFI).
● Sterile filtered by 0.1 μm filtration and aseptically filled in a Hundred-stage FFU.
● Sterile, DNase & RNase free, Protease-free, Pyrogen-free.
Storage conditions: The solution should be stored upon receipt at 2-8℃ . The product is stable for 12 months.
