Western transfer buffers are used in Western blotting (WB) experiments to transfer proteins from gels to membranes, and then to semi-quantitative detection of proteins in complex samples based on antigen-antibody specific binding.
This product is a 10× concentrate and needs to be diluted as follows before use: Take 100 mL of 10× transfer buffer, add 200 mL of anhydrous methanol and mix well, then add distilled water or deionized water to make up to 1 L, mix well and it can be used.
