For dissolving RNA precipitates, various reaction systems containing RNA such as reverse transcription, annealing of siRNA, and other reaction systems that require the absence of RNase, DNase, and proteinase.
DESCRIPTION
DEPC treated water is ultrapure water treated with DEPC (diethyl pyrocarbonate) and sterilized by high temperature and high pressure. It has been tested to be free of RNase, DNase and proteinase.
DEPC treated water contains essentially no DEPC and is more than 99.99% water.
