Escherichia coli is one of the many groups of bacteria that live in the intestines of healthy humans and most warm-blooded animals. However, Unlike most E. coli, O157 : H7 produces a potent toxin called Shiga toxin, which damages the lining of the intestinal wall, causes bloody diarrhea, some develop hemolytic uremic syndrome or thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura. Salmonella is a common pathogenic bacteria in humans and animals. Contaminated meat, eggs, milk and so on may lead to human disease, mainly causing food poisoning and septicemia.
The kit can be used for qualitative detection of E. coli O157:H7 and Salmonella, Used to help determine whether the physical object has been contaminated by E. coli O157:H7 and Salmonella.
Indications:
The kit can be used for qualitative detection of nucleic acids of E. coli O157:H7 and Salmonella Indications include but are not limited to severe bloody diarrhea, non-bloody diarrhea, hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS), food poisoning and septicemia.
Feature:
Automatically from sample to report
High sensitivity and accurate result
Easy operation, Microfluidic design
Close system, No contamination

ATFAS Automatic Integrated Gene Detection System (AIGS).
Sample requirements
1. Expanded culture medium.( Please note that excessive bacterial concentration in the culture medium may lead to a decrease in detection efficiency or even detection failure. Therefore, if the sample concentration is too high, please dilute the sample appropriately with physiological saline or sterilized water before use.)
2. Other liquid samples
