In this experiment, students will perform an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in order to screen simulated serum samples for antibodies to the Epstein Barr Virus (EBV) - a virus that causes most mononucleosis infections and that is associated with pediatric lymphomas.
Features:
• Perform an ELISA on control and patient sample to detect EBV specific antibodies
Includes:
Instructions, 10X ELISA wash buffer, ELISA dilution buffer, antigen (lyophilized), primary antibody (lyophilized), secondary antibody (lyophilized), ABTS substrate (lyophilized), & ABTS reaction buffer, small transfer pipets, microtiter plate, 15 mL conical tubes, & snap-top microcentrifuge tubes
