Product Details
For for the preservation and cultivation of Escherichia coli in molecular biology experiments.
PREPARATION
Suspend 40.0 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Dispense and autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min.
PRINCIPLE
Tryptone and yeast extract provide carbon source, nitrogen source, vitamins and minerals. Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure. Agar is the coagulant of culture medium.
