Product Details

PREPARATION
Suspend 25.0 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Dispense and autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 20min.
PRINCIPLE
Tryptone and yeast extract provide carbon source, nitrogen source, vitamins and minerals. Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure.
