PBS Buffer ( 10× )

PBS is phosphate buffered salinewhich is sterilized by 0.1μm filtration.This product is a 10x concentrate. After diluting 10 times with sterile water,i t can be directly used for cell culture, such as washing cells before dissociation, transporting cells or tissuesdiluting cells for counting or preparing other reagents, or other conventional purposes. The pH is 7.4 ± 0.1 which is isotonic with human blood. It is a buffered salt solution commonly used in biology.
