The Biologix triangular culture shake flask is suitable for culturing cell lines with high oxygen requirements. It can also be used for shaking culture of bacteria, yeast, etc., as well as for the preparation, mixing and storage of culture media, culture fluids and reagents. This product is widely used in the fields of recombinant antibody or protein research and development, process development, biopharmaceuticals, vaccine research and development, and is very suitable for small-scale process development, step-by-step amplification and other culture stages.

Superior Bottle Material: Fabricated from medical-grade polycarbonate complying with USP Class VI standards. High transparency with distinct, precise graduations for convenient observation; outstanding impact resistance to prevent breakage; excellent chemical compatibility resistant to numerous chemical reagents; withstands temperatures ranging from -80°C to 121°C, anti-oxidation and low wall adhesion to preserve cell survival and viability.

Two Optional Caps: Available with vented cap and sealed cap (green).

Vented cap: Polypropylene cap fitted with a 0.22 μm hydrophobic PTFE breathable membrane. The membrane blocks contaminants to enable sterile gas exchange, improves permeability of air, carbon dioxide and other gases to support cells reaching higher culture density. It maintains sealing and ventilation performance upon liquid contact to lower contamination risks.

Sealed cap: Provides tight sealing for closed culture, medium storage and sample preservation.

Seamless Construction: Manufactured via advanced one-step injection blow molding technology. Seamless flask body with uniform wall thickness, premium surface finish and superior batch consistency. Strict leak testing ensures zero leakage.

High Standard Manufacturing: Produced following cGMP standards with fully automated, human-contact-free production to guarantee consistent product quality.

Certified Purity: Gamma radiation sterilized; DNase-free, RNase-free, non-pyrogenic with ultra-low endotoxin level; no dissolution or precipitation.
