DMEM medium is a widely used basal medium for supporting the growth of various mammalian cells. Cells successfully cultured in DMEM include primary cells (e.g., fibroblasts, neurons, glial cells, HUVECs, smooth muscle cells) and established cell lines such as HeLa, 293, COS-7, and PC-12.
The Biologix DMEM High Glucose Medium is not only suitable for diverse cell culture applications but also extensible to advanced fields like biopharmaceuticals and cell therapy.

● Contains a high concentration of glucose of 4.5 g/L.
● Prepared with Water for Injection (WFI).
● Sterile filtered by 0.1 μm filtration and aseptically filled in a Hundred-stage FFU.
● Sterile, DNase & RNase free, Protease-free, Pyrogen-free.
Storage conditions:
The solution should be stored upon receipt at 2-8℃ . The product is stable for 12 months.
