Biologix Wash Buffers, sterilized by 0.22 μm filtration, DNase & RNase free, Protease-free, Pyrogen-free, are ideal for IHC, Western Blot, ELISA, Southern blot, Northern blot, and other immunoassay. They serve as antibody diluents or non-specific antibody washes containing PBS, PBST, TBS, TBST, and SSC buffers.
PBST and TBST are PBS and TBS buffers containing Tween-20, respectively, which help in the elution of non-specific proteins.
Storage & Shelf Life
PBST, TBST, TBS: Store at 2-30℃ . Shelf life of 24 months.
