Product Details
For protein expression in Escherichia coli.
PREPARATION
Suspend 50.9 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water, add 4 mL of glycerol, make up to 1 L. Dispense and autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min.
PRINCIPLE
Tryptone and yeast extract provide carbon source, nitrogen source, vitamins and minerals. Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure.
