Biologix® 250mL Erlenmeyer Shake Flask is designed for culturing cell lines with high oxygen requirements, as well as shaking culture of bacteria, yeast, and preparation/mixing/storage of media, culture fluids, and reagents. Widely used in recombinant antibody/protein R&D, process development, biopharmaceuticals, and vaccine research, it is ideal for small-scale process development and stepwise amplification. Crafted from USP Class VI medical-grade polycarbonate, the flask features high transparency, accurate graduations, impact resistance, and chemical compatibility, with a temperature tolerance of -80℃ to 121℃. The green vent/sealed cap (polypropylene) is equipped with a 0.22μm PTFE hydrophobic filter membrane, blocking bacteria while enabling sterile gas exchange to support high cell density growth.
