The Biologix triangular culture shake flask is suitable for culturing cell lines with high oxygen requirements. Product Feature：

The bottle is made of medical-grade polycarbonate, which meets USP Class VI requirements, has high transparency and clear and accurate scales for easy observation; it has strong impact resistance and is not easy to break; it has good chemical resistance and can withstand a variety of chemicals; it is resistant to high temperatures of 121°C and low temperatures of -80°C, is anti-oxidant and not easy to adhere to the wall, ensuring cell survival and vitality.

The breathable bottle cap is made of polypropylene and covered with a 0.22 μm polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) hydrophobic breathable filter membrane, which can block bacteria and provide aseptic gas exchange, increase the permeability of gases such as air and carbon dioxide, and enable cells to grow to a higher density. The hydrophobic filter membrane does not affect the sealing and breathability after contact with liquid, reducing the risk of contamination.

This series of products adopts advanced production technology, which is a one-step injection blow molding process. The bottle body is seamless, the wall thickness is uniform, the surface quality is good, and the consistency is excellent. After strict leakage testing, it is guaranteed to be leak-free.

Suggestions：

Working volume: The recommended working volume of a 3L or less triangular shake flask is 30%-40% of the rated volume of the shake flask. The recommended working volume of a shake flask above 3L is 50%-70% of the rated volume. The recommended volume of a 5L triangular shake flask is generally 2.5L-3L.

Speed: The recommended shaker speed range for triangular shake flasks is 75rpm-125rpm. The shaker speed required for triangular shake flasks is generally determined by many factors, such as the working volume of the shake flask, the shaker amplitude (orbit diameter), the type of cell line and culture medium, and whether the bottom of the shake flask contains a baffle.

Note: For liquid oscillation shakers, pay attention to the water level; for gas oscillation shakers, pay attention to the temperature.

Storage condition:

Store at room temperature before use. Shelf life of sealed product is 3 years.
