Product Details
Used for plasmid and protein extraction.
PREPARATION
Suspend 57.0 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Autoclave it at 121 ℃ for 15min.
PRINCIPLE
Tryptone and yeast extract provide carbon source, nitrogen source, vitamins and minerals. Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure.
